The 2009 Draft
 This Sentinels season is coming to an end, its time to look towards the next one. Over the off season Sentinels managment hopes to add a few new faces to the club. Rumors in the dug-out are the team may be picking up a free agent from another team. The coaching staff plans to release the 2009 roster by the end of march. Those wishing to be considered for the draft should contact the coaches.
Who Are The Sentinels?
The Sentinels are all history buffs, mostly consisting of the members of the 114th PA Zouaves. In the Summer of 2005, after being approached by the VBBA, the Zouaves, set out on forming the new team. The Sentinels will be actively recruiting new players for the upcoming season. If you, or someone you know, may be interested, please feel free to contact us and ask anything you wish!

Top Story: The Sentinels vs The Rollbatters

At 2pm on Saturday Sept. 20th the Gettysburg Sentinels played in the first annual Childrens Miracle Network Baseball Classic, hosted by the Gettysburg Wal-Mart! The skies were clear and the temperature perfect for a day at the park. Guest umpire A. Metcalf joined the game to direct adherence by both teams to 1860's regulations. The Rollbatters and Sentinals met at the Gettysburg Rec. Park. Desipte the great bat of Dekota and the valient efforts of the other Rollbatters, the Sentinels were able to claim the victor's trophy.
